The Miami Center for Plastic Surgery is a plastic surgery office located in Miami Beach, Florida. The founder, Gabriel Salloum, M.D., and his team specialize in providing natural-looking results, a high level of customer service, and discretion for their patients.
Meredith worked as the Marketing Manager on this account and was responsible for overseeing the completion of all aspects of the Marketing campaign and conducting all communication between the client and the agency. The strategy for the Miami Center for Plastic Surgery marketing campaign included everything from a refresh of existing branding, a full web design and development, on-site video production, and social media management.
The overall goal for The Miami Center for Plastic Surgery 2014 marketing campaign was a complete refresh of the look and feel of the brand in order to attract more business and raise the awareness of Dr. Salloum’s unique approach. This overall goal included the following objectives:

Miami Center for Plastic Surgery Introduction Video
One of the primary goals of this Marketing campaign was to introduce Dr. Salloum and his practice to create a sense of comfort for the patients and confidence in the facility. This was best done through the creation of a brand video featuring the doctor himself and shots taken at the facility patients would be visiting.
As the Marketing Manager on this account, Meredith was in charge of a great deal on this video shoot. Since this shoot had a relatively small budget, the project became about finding affordable solutions to get the job done. Meredith was in charge of everything from creating shot list and schedule for the day, writing the interview questions, staging the shots, and even conducting the interview with Dr. Salloum. After the shoot day, Meredith oversaw the editing process to ensure the client was satisfied with the end result.
The Aesthetic Gallery Introduction & Interview
The Aesthetic Galley is a brand within the overall brand of The Miami Center for Plastic Surgery. This part of the facility handles the non-invasive procedures. In order to introduce this part of the business and help identify the distinction between the two, a second video interview was conducted with Luiza Feliciano, CME. Luiza is the primary technician at the aesthetic gallery so the strategy was to make her the true voice/face of this side of the business.
Miami Center for Plastic Surgery Responsive Website
As a major part of the marketing plan for Miami Plastic Surgery, a new fully responsive website was designed and developed. The design was kept clean and simple which allowed the site to gain a modern look while still promoting a sense of clinical cleanliness and order. Bold, simple imagery was used to guide a visitor through the site and lead them to explore the many options offered.
Meredith managed this account throughout the design and development of the website. She was responsible for providing design feedback, ensuring all content was created and in place, and working with the development team to ensure complete functionality prior to launch. Meredith was also responsible for the on-site SEO strategy for the launch of the site, including keyword research, writing meta tags, and ensuring the site is submitted via Google Webmaster tools.
